On-Site Diagnostic Testing
Point-of-care testing administered directly on our mobile unit by certified staff. Services include blood chemistry panels, complete blood counts, urinalysis, glucose screening, cholesterol and lipid panels, hemoglobin A1c (diabetes screening), and rapid infectious disease testing including flu, strep, and COVID-19.
DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing
FMCSA-compliant drug and alcohol testing under 49 CFR Part 40 for commercial drivers and safety-sensitive employees. Services include pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, and follow-up testing. Full chain of custody with SAMHSA-certified laboratory processing.
DOC / Department of Corrections Testing
Mobile unit deployment for correctional facilities, county jails, and detention centers. Services include provider-ordered diagnostic testing, drug screening, wellness panels, and compliance testing performed under secure custody protocols.
Medical Provider Testing
On-site testing ordered by licensed medical providers, performed directly on the Gene-E mobile unit. Eliminates the need for patients to travel to a fixed lab facility. Includes blood draws, point-of-care panels, urinalysis, and specimen collection with same-day transport to partner laboratories.
Workplace & Employer Drug Testing
Non-DOT workplace drug screening programs for employers in all industries. Services include pre-employment drug testing, random drug testing programs, reasonable suspicion testing, and post-accident screening. Available on-site at employer locations.

Employer-site health screening services deployed at your workplace. Services include blood pressure checks, glucose and cholesterol screening, diabetes risk assessment, lipid panels, and employee wellness event support. Available for single events or ongoing monthly programs.

Urgent, on-demand medical courier and testing services available around the clock. When a specimen cannot wait, a result cannot be delayed, or a delivery must happen outside business hours, Gene-E responds. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year including holidays.
