ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Sheena Early MPH, BS

Sheena Early is the Founder and CEO of Gene-E Mobile Diagnostics, a veteran-owned medical courier and healthcare logistics company created to solve one of healthcare’s most overlooked challenges: the safe, timely transport of life-saving medical materials. With more than 12 years of higher education and eight years of service in the United States Air Force, Sheena served on the Quick Response Force (QRF) and deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan, where speed, security, and precision were not preferences; they were requirements for survival.

Sheena holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Public Health from Baylor University, with advanced education spanning medical laboratory science, statistics, public health, education, and chemical technology. This rare academic foundation allows her to understand healthcare not only from the patient perspective, but from the operational, clinical, and systems levels as well.

In addition to leading Gene-E Mobile Diagnostics, Sheena is actively preparing to apply to medical school with the long-term goal of becoming an anesthesiologist. This clinical path reflects a deep commitment to vigilance, precision, and patient safety; principles that also guide the secure, time-sensitive transport of medical specimens, medications, and critical healthcare materials. Her work at the intersection of healthcare logistics and clinical aspiration reinforces the understanding that every delivery directly supports patient care and must meet the highest standards of confidentiality, accountability, and reliability.

During her military service, Sheena experienced firsthand what true rapid medical response looks like in high-risk environments where immediate action saved lives. After returning home and working with underserved populations, she encountered the opposite reality; delays in specimen transport, medication delivery, and medical supply movement that slowed diagnoses, disrupted care, and created preventable health risks. That contrast became the driving force behind Gene-E Mobile Diagnostics.

For Sheena, Gene-E is not just a company; it is the continuation of a lifelong mission of service. From the Quick Response Force in war zones—where precision and speed saved lives—to community healthcare logistics—where delays still cost lives every day—her purpose remains the same:

To move fast. To remove barriers. To protect lives.

Gene-E Mobile Diagnostics exists to ensure that no patient’s care is compromised simply because critical medical materials were delayed, misplaced, or inaccessible.
